Today I'm heading to @theiceaus to mentor some of their apprentices for a "Meet the growers and catchers of the sea" industry event put on by @thefishgirl tomorrow. I thought I'd take one of each of the varieties of avocadoes we have growing at our place at the moment to show them purely out of interest.
They are: lamb hass, fuerte, Pinkerton, Linda, nabal, Sheppard, sharwill, hazzard, reed, and the little one is a seedling avocado.
I know this would have interested me when I was a youngster!
Mind you they've probably all seen them all on TikTok or something.

Exactly 12 months ago when we moved to Kin Kin the

Exactly 12 months ago when we moved to Kin Kin these two hills were covered in head high grass, wild guavas, camphor laurel and lantana. Now thanks to @landcarenoosa they are home to 800 native trees, many of them fruiting varieties. I feel so privileged to be their custodian and have the joy of watching them grow into a forest. Thanks Jamie and team for doing a great job.

Time to get serious about training for the @noosaultratrail on the 25th of March
I'm very proud to be an ambassador for this awesome event, I'm no ultra runner(I'm just doing the #sundowner30 run) but these trails have kept me sane over the past 10 years and I love that I get to share them with hundreds of other runners over this weekend.
Thanks to Nick Stewart and the Noosa Ultra team for getting me involved.
